3. Payment Terms

Payments for services and products on the Site are processed through WooCommerce and may use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase or booking.
  • Your order or booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.

We reserve the right to change prices, fees, and available offerings at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our approach to refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations is designed to respect both your time and ours. The specific terms applicable to your purchase may depend on the type of service or product you have selected.

Please review our full Refund and Cancellations Policy, available at https://redhavenconsulting.org/refund_returns/, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in that policy.

5. Digital Products and Downloads

Redhaven Consulting offers digital products, including but not limited to downloadable PDF guides, workbooks, and tools (“Digital Products”). When you purchase a Digital Product, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the product for your personal or internal business purposes only, subject to these Terms.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of Digital Products are final once access has been provided or the file has been made available to you (for example, via download link or email). No refunds will be issued for Digital Products after access or download has occurred, except where required by law.

You agree not to share, distribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make Digital Products available to any third party, except as expressly allowed in writing by Redhaven Consulting.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through the Site and our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, PDFs, guides, tools, workbooks, templates, and any related documentation (collectively, the “Materials”), are owned by Redhaven Consulting or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable purchase agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Materials solely for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sell, license, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the Materials without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed by law.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Materials or any other intellectual property of Redhaven Consulting.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our coaching, consulting, and Digital Products are intended to support your leadership growth, professional development, and decision-making. However, we do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes. Your results depend on many factors, including your own commitment, implementation, and circumstances.

Coaching and consulting services provided by Redhaven Consulting are not therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional advice that requires a license. We do not provide mental health services or medical treatment. You are solely responsible for seeking appropriate professional support (such as a licensed therapist, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor) for issues that fall outside the scope of leadership coaching or general consulting.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site, our services, and all Materials and Digital Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redhaven Consulting, its owner, and any contractors or partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, our services, or any Materials or Digital Products.

To the extent we are found liable for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services or products, our total aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount you paid to Redhaven Consulting for the specific service or product that gave rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. User Conduct

By using the Site and our services, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Site or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site, servers, or networks connected to the Site.

  • Use any automated system, such as bots or scrapers, to access the Site or collect data without our prior written permission.
  • Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of Redhaven Consulting or any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in inappropriate or harmful behavior.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, our services, or any Materials or Digital Products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the state in which Redhaven Consulting is primarily based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought in a state or federal court located in that state, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
